JN Appartement "Spritzenhaus"

Welcome to the JN (musician "Jason Nussbaumer") flat in the beautiful Sarntal Valley, which lies in the heart of South Tyrol. With its approx. 60 square metres, the flat in the village centre of Sarnthein offers space for max. 6 people on the first floor of the Nussbaumer family's Spritzenhaus. ROOMS: The flat is equipped with all amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils and crockery as well as a living room area with TV and balcony. For a good night's sleep, the flat has 2 bedrooms with bed linen. One bedroom has a double bed (180 * 190 cm), the second room has a pull-out single bed. There is a pull-out couch in the living room area. A travel cot is available if required. The bathroom is equipped with WC, shower and bidet. Washing machine, hairdryer and towels are available. WLAN can be used free of charge. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed to stay with us. Parties are not allowed. Parking is available in the public car park in the immediate vicinity, which is free of charge. Location: As the flat is located directly in the village centre of Sarnthein, the first grocery shop is just four metres away. There is a bakery right next door. In just a few steps you can reach restaurants, pizzerias, cafés, pharmacies, clothing shops, shops, supermarkets, supermarkets, restaurants and bars.
