Residence Ciasa Ulli is a residential facility with 8 flats in the heart of San Cassiano. A property of the Fanes Group for years, Ciasa Ulli has been owned and managed by Mr. Ulli, as you can tell from the name of the Residence. Our philosophy is: you arrive as a customer, you leave as one of the family. Ciasa Ulli has some outdoor parking places and a big garage where you can comfortably leave your car for the whole stay. Every day our team will make sure that you find your flat tidy and clean upon arrival.

About the region

In the Dolomites Region Alta Badia, the Dolomites look so close you could reach out and touch them. The Sassongher mountain, Santa Croce peak and Sella group rise above manicured villages and ancient farms. In the "viles" (hamlets), people still speak Ladin, a language that is deeply rooted in this valley. Mountaineering has a long history here, but today Alta Badia is also synonymous with excellent cuisine.
