Our apartments of Haus Pferscher are situated above the center of the village Barbiano in the middle of the chestnut mountains which will offer you a beautiful view over the village, the Valle Isarco/Eisacktal Valley to the Dolomites. In only 3 minutes’ walk you are in the center of the village and there you can find a shop, a bakery store and two restaurants offering you delicious typical dishes. If you want to make a hike you have some possibilities starting directly from the apartments. You can go either to the beautiful waterfalls of Barbiano (lower waterfall – 30 minutes / upper waterfall 60 minutes) or make a tour to both waterfalls and to Dreikirchen/Tre Chiese (Tree Churches) (2,5 hours), which are depicted also in the village emblem of Barbiano. The apartments are located in a quiet place, in the middle of the village, with a fantastic view surrounded by chestnut, nut and plum trees. An ideal place to enjoy an unforgettable and relaxing holiday.

In the surrounding area, discover Klausen/Chiusa, loved by Dürer, and the waterfalls of the Gilfenklamm gorge. Malga Fane is an Alpine village that seems to be frozen in time.
