Our fruit and wine farm "Pernstich" is located on the southern outskirts of the village of Tramin in the sunny south of South Tyrol. You can reach the center on foot in 3 minutes and are at the starting point of beautiful walks in the surrounding vineyards. In addition, you have connection to the bike path. To Lake Kaltern, the warmest bathing lake in the Alps, you can reach in a few minutes by public bus (free with the mobil & activ Card) or with your own car. Through the orchards and vineyards you can also reach the lake on foot - in just under an hour. The nearest bus stop is only a 5-minute walk away, and the nearest ski area can be reached by a half-hour drive. To the nearest children's playground you can walk in 2 minutes, as well as to the bakery, various stores, typical inns, restaurants, pizzerias, coffee's and also to the pharmacy (10 min). THE SPECIAL: You stay with us in our only apartment, so you are our only guests. This allows us to better respond to your wishes and you have the opportunity to get a good insight into the life of a Traminer farm family. Our farm is a typical fruit and wine farm. In the valley we grow mainly apples of the Pink Lady and Gala varieties, and on the slopes we grow grapes of different varieties. Our family also cellars a small amount of wine in the fall. For a minimum stay of 1 week well`ll give you a bottle of this wine Lagrein.
