The property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with a Nespresso-coffeemashine, 1 bedroom with a king-size bed and 1 bathroom and can therefore accomodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, floor-heating and a TV/SAT.
A parking space is available in the garage. There you find also a washing machine, a place for your bikes, a work bench for little adjustments on your bicycle and a charging station for your E-bike.
On the property there is a "bike-wash" as well.

The access to the structure is keyless. A few days befor your arrival, you will receive a LINK access that allows you to open the entrance gate, garage door and door to the apartment.
