The property was built in 1911 and extensively renovated a few years ago. With a wonderful panoramic view, the house is in a central location on a small hill, about 400m from the center of Prad am Stilfserjoch. This makes it an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours or skiing fun in the Stelvio National Park. You can expect peace and relaxation, a spacious lawn with barbecue facilities frames the building. The house contains three holiday apartments of different sizes, which all have their own balcony and are rented all year round. One free parking space is available for each apartment.
