View of the high pastures of our sheep and the Zillertal mountains towering above them, of which worth mentioning: to the west: Weißspitz, Ralsspitz, Wolfendorn, to the north: Wildseespitz, Kraxentrager, Hohe Wand, to the east: Rotbachler, Hochsteller, Hochfeiler, Hochferner, to the south: Pletzenspitz, as well as Bischofsmütze, Felbe, Grabspitze and Torwand of the Pfunderer mountains. Suitable as a starting point for numerous hikes, alpine tours as well as to appeace strained mind and soul in pureest - because untouched - nature.

The entire ground floor offers 70m² of cosiness and stepless access. The south-facing double room with two large windows and its own washbasin has separate access to the balcony, the bunk bed room offers a view of the well-tended meadows thanks to its large window and is equipped with its own desk with plenty of storage space. The bathroom has a shower/bathtub combination, bidet, washbasin with mirror and cabinet, water-saving WC, washing machine and its own window, while the bright kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, electric cooker and oven, fridge, sink, kettle and coffee machine. The living room is above-average in size and flooded with light, allowing for a cosy get-together at the heart of the retreat with a large dining or work table with a long corner bench, couch, display cabinet with storage cupboard and TV set as well as double doors to the balcony, which, lining the entire south front of the house, allows to admire the sheep pasture close to the farm as well as the only meadow cultivable with a tractor. Ultimate retreat for those who appreciate the purity of nature, whether for late, homey evenings after impressive hikes, summit or hut tours, or - protected by the encircling still life of the imposing Zillertal and Pfunderer peaks - to experience pure personal peace of soul. Furnished terrace surrounds three quarters of the edifice.
