Our very ancient farmhouse lies right in the center of the historical and oldest part of the municipality Saint Michael Eppan, called Pigenó. Since 1616 vineyards, manors, and castles, like “Hohenbühel” Manor, the Castle “Englar” or the Castle “Moss” surround it. To relax and sunbath the surrounding balcony and our two private gardens are always available for our guests. Moreover, it will take you only 5-10 minutes by feet to the village center (and bakery). For walking, swimming or having a cycling tour, literally, you can start right from your apartment door. Whether you prefer the Lake Montiggl or to shop in the historical city center of Bozen, it will not take you longer than 20 minutes to reach.
