Additionally, the bedroom includes a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe with a safe. Children up to 14 years old can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. From the balcony, you can enjoy mountain views and relax outdoors. The nearest bus stop is approximately a 3-minute walk away, and it takes about 20 minutes to stroll to the city center. The apartment is located in a multi-family house, offering convenient access to biking routes such as the Roßkopf and scenic roads for motorcyclists like the Jaufenstraße, leading to the Jaufenpass or Penserjoch. Various maps for hiking, biking, and motorcycling tours are available for guests, and parking is provided either in front of the apartment entrance on the north side of the building or on the south side near the main entrance. Please avoid using the privately marked parking spaces.
