General information about the apartment: Newly built in 2021 Living space: 65m² For a maximum of 6 persons Furnished in a modern, contemporary style 2 double rooms, each with an additional single bed. Sofa bed in the combined kitchen/living room. Crib on request. Situated in a quiet location. Ground-level entrance from the outside, with private garden. The entrance as well as the apartment are barrier-free. 2 bathrooms: Each with a walk-in shower and a toilet. Additional radiator as well as a bidet and washing machine in the large bathroom. Kitchen: Induction stove, oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator and freezer. Microwave and high chair for small children on request. Technology: Satellite TV in the combined kitchen/living room. Internet access via WIFI. Ambient lighting in the living room (separately switchable at the motion sensor). Controlled room ventilation. Floor heating in all rooms, individual room thermostats. Space heating and hot water preparation by our in-house biomass heating system. Outdoor area: Large lawn with a table and chairs as well as an own parking space directly in front of the apartment. View into the valley of Antholz, over the village Oberrasen and of the Kronplatz mountain to the south. Introducing the Schöpfer family: On the farm lives the family Schöpfer, consisting of Sara and Christian and their children Daniel, Matthias and Anna, as well as grandpa Sepp. Sara lovingly takes care of the house and the garden, looks after our dear guests and is the good soul of the house. Grandpa Sepp looks after the cattle and the farm every day. Whenever time allows, Christian helps and together with the two boys the four of them always find something to repair, build or tinker with. General information about the farm: We run a small, organic farm as a sideline that is certified since 2018. Among our animal housemates are 5 mother cows and their calves as well as several laying hens which provide fresh eggs daily.
