This detached house, with its cosy feel and organic garden, dates back to the 1950s and is largely made of organic materials. In summer, the living area remains pleasantly cool. In winter, it is heated with district heating (pellets) and wood in stone stoves. The large balcony offers a magnificent view to the south, east, and west. The garden is at your disposal for relaxation. If you would like to barbecue in the garden, we provide a barbecue for an additional charge. For health reasons, we deliberately do not offer Wi-Fi. A pocket Wi-Fi is available upon request. Six rooms are available for private use: the bathroom, the toilet, the hallway, bedroom 1, bedroom 2, the kitchen-diner, and the balcony. Guests have access to 69.26 m² of net space, plus an additional 14.36 m² of balcony. The spacious living room, measuring 26.99 m², has two large windows and a balcony door with larch wood flooring. Bedroom 1 (15.1 m²) has a large double bed with larch flooring, an east-facing window, and a south-facing balcony door. Bedroom 2 (12.34 m²) has a large double bed with larch flooring and an east-facing window. There is a bathroom with a sink, bathtub, shower, and bidet. The toilet is a separate room and has a sink. From the balcony (14.36 m²), you can enjoy views to the south, to the east of the Dolomites, and to the west of the Schalderer Mountains. We are available to our guests at any time.
