.. is a typical term from the viniculture: the “Pergl” is a special method of growing the vine wonderfully shady and romantic.
Our bright and friendly “Pergl” is located on the second floor, 45 sqm large, with a lot of natural light in the dining room as well as on the balcony. It has a kitchen, a spacious bedroom containing a double and single bed, a bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen.
The beautiful view from balcony (east) and terrace (south) of the vineyards and the surrounding mountains put a smile on every face. New: beautiful sun-terrace.

..in the past the harvested grapes were simply crushed with the legs in a tub. Nowadays this activity, like so many others, was taken over by a device: the so-called “Rebl". It is a grape mill - formerly made of wood, today made of steel - that removes the grape seeds from anything that could have an unpleasant influence on taste and quality of the wine. Two iron rollers are attached to two poles (for carrying and placing it on the container) further it consists of an iron rod with pins for de-stemming and pressing the mash; on top of this lies a removable wooden funnel for collecting the mash. The pure fruit - and nothing but the fruit - can now be processed...

our REBL is the "chick" among our flats, since renovated and newly converted in 2020: located on the first floor, it has 2 bedrooms (children's room with the option for a third bed), bathroom with freely accessible shower, kitchen, living room, lounge. The large terrace invites you to dine outside, while the balcony offers a great view of our garden.

.and again an (old) term from the viticulture: the ZUMM is a wooden gurney that was used by the zumm-carrier to carry the grapes after the harvest. Little by little the big tub (Zuber) situated directly on the vineyard was filled up with fresh grapes.

Our ZUMM, about 65 m2, located on the 2nd floor consists of a spacious, well equipped kitchen and living room (with sofa bed), 1 bath room with bath tub, 2 bedrooms and enough room for more people. 2 balconies, one facing east and the other one facing west, gorgeous views on the surrounding mountains, vineyards, apple orchards and our garden with kids playground.
Naturally, the terrace on the first floor can also be used.

“Torggl” stands for the Latin word “torquere” - rotate. It is the name of the device used in the past to squeeze the juice from the grapes - also called “wine press”. It was the first step after the harvest to produce wine, in which the stems and peels of the grape were separated from the juice.



Our “TORGGL” is an approx. 55-sqm apartment on the second floor. It consists of a large bedroom (1 double and 1 single bed) and a spacious eat-in kitchen with sofa bed (as needed two people can sleep on the sofa bed). Further, the apartment has a storage room as well as a bathroom with bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as dishwasher, fridge, kettle, coffee machine,vacuum cleaner robot,... cooking- and eating utensils.



From the balcony you can enjoy the stunning views of the mountains “Penegal” and “Mendel” as well as the surrounding fruit- and vineyards. It is westward facing and situated above our garden with a sunbathing area, playground and swimming pool. New: beautiful south-terrace.
