The famous Wine Cellar of Terlan is a 6 minute drive away (4,6 km) and also the Wine Cellar of Nals Margreid is not far away. Several bike lines as well as hiking/walking trails start right in front of the property. Several golf pitches can be reach within 8 minutes by car (8 km). The railway station of Vilpian is only a 1 minute walk from the property (direkt connection to Bozen and Meran). The closest ski resort is that of Meran2000, a 17 minute drive away (16,5 km). Parking spaces are available on the property and on the street.
