Apartments Scurcia41 were build in 2020 and are situated in a quiet, sunny and central location with breathtaking views of Ortisei and the surrounding mountains. The 2 apartments are located in the building, wich are designed entirely in old wood and gives a luxurios, cosy and pleasant atmosphere. The balcony offers a marvellous view of the village and the mountains and is ideal in summer to enjoy the sunset on the Dolomites. The centre of the village with its pedestrian zone and nice shops and restaurants can be reached in 5 to 10 minutes. The nearest bus stop is directly opposite the house. This is a particular advange in winter, as the ski bus takes guests free of charge (with the tickets provided at check-in) to all the lifts, Seceda(access to the Sellaronda) or Alpe di Siusi.

Cosy bright apartment offering space for up to 4 people. It consists of 2 bedrooms (1 with double beds and 1 with 2 separate beds) 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom and a balcony. Very well equipped kitchen with everything you need for a sucessful holiday. Dishwasher, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, kettle, kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery, Italian coffee capsules, various teas from the South Tyrol region. The bathroom is equipped with a window, washbasin, WC and bidet, shower with a spacious rain shower and high-quality cosmetics as well as hand and shower towels are available to guests. The balcony offers seating to enjoy the sunset. The apartment is a ground level and directly accessible from the car park. It is located in a category A air conditioned house and is equipped with underfloor heating. In the hallway in front of the flat there are warming ski boot and ski lockers, whish are available to guests at no extra charge
