Experience a farm holiday in Alta Badia. The “Pre Calalt” farm in La Villa was built in 2013, while the barn and stable were constructed back in 1996. Today, it is managed as a traditional closed farmstead. It is situated in an idyllic and peaceful landscape, not far from the village center. The property is secluded from traffic and noise and is located directly on the ski slope. Our farm includes approximately 8 hectares of meadows and 2 hectares of forest. Special attention is given to the breeding of Noriker horses. The property offers 3 modern apartments, each equipped with a balcony with mountain views and various amenities, such as a washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and satellite TV.

About the region

In the Dolomites Region Alta Badia, the Dolomites look so close you could reach out and touch them. The Sassongher mountain, Santa Croce peak and Sella group rise above manicured villages and ancient farms. In the "viles" (hamlets), people still speak Ladin, a language that is deeply rooted in this valley. Mountaineering has a long history here, but today Alta Badia is also synonymous with excellent cuisine. Between lodges, gourmet events and Michelin-starred restaurants, gourmands will find plenty of authentic and refined dishes to enjoy. Not to mention the slopes of the Gran Risa ski course, the hairpin bends of the Maratona dles Dolomites bicycle race, and the Armentara meadows. Each season brings new possibilities.
