Camping Markushof

Our camping Markushof is a retreat for adults who are looking for relaxation and tranquillity. Situated in the centre of the village, just a few meters from various shops and bars. Furthermore, guest card for public transport and use of the outdoor swimming pool is included! We offer spacious sanitary facilities with handicapped accessible showers and toilets, as well as washing machines and dryers (for a fee). The parcelled pitches (80 to 100 m²) have electricity, water and sewage connections as well as free WIFI. At the nearby hotel you’ll find a restaurant and a terrace. In the surroundings you will find grocery stores, bakeries, pharmacy, banks, doctor, post office and tourist information office. There are countless possibilities to have active, sporty or cultural vacations. Explore the Castelfeder hill, the Monte Corno Nature Park and the canyon "Bletterbach" in the gorge of the Rio Nero, which is part of the UNESCO Dolomites. We recommend walks through the historic village centers of the country, visits of the ancient ruins of castles or simply enjoy a good glass of Pinot Noir and Lagrein along the South Tyrolean Wine Road. Worth knowing: Ora is in the sunny south of South Tyrol, only 16 km from the city of Bolzano and 5 km from Lake Caldaro.
