New and very spacious (130 m²) luxury apartment in the heart of the Dolomites with a breathtaking view of the Latemar invites you to relax in front of a crackling open fire after an intense day of skiing or after an atmospheric hike in the surrounding mountains. The house, built entirely in wood, is located in Eggen at 1,130 m, only 20 minutes by car from Bolzano. The villa is equipped with high-quality new furniture and a modern kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired. A large terrace and an even larger garden are available (in the summer months including fresh vegetables). Also a covered private parking space is available to guests. The ski area of Obereggen is only 5 minutes away by car and the ski area Carezza can be reached in 10 minutes. The enchanting Lake Carezza can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Our aim is to make your holiday in Ega/Eggen unforgettable.

About the region

In the Dolomites Region Eggental, every view looks like a picture from a book. The Karersee lake changes colour with the light: according to legend, it sprung from a rainbow thrown into the water by a magician in love. The Rosengarten and Latemar mountains frame paths and lodges. Families and walkers will find a world to explore in the Latemarium, where you can immerse yourself in nature and curiosity. When the sun goes down, the peaks turn pink: enjoy the Alpenglow as night falls in the Dolomites. And then come the stars, which are best observed from South Tyrol's only planetarium.
