The flat is situated on the ground floor with a beautiful view of the old centre of Montan and the Enn castle. The flat is 62 m2 large and consists of a bright, fully equipped kitchen-cum-living room, complete with gas cooker, oven, dishwasher, sofa bed (can be used as a double bed), TV-SAT and a small, multilingual library (tourist guides and information brochures), a room with a double bed, a room with two single beds, a cot, a bathroom with bath/shower, bidet, WC and baby's changing table. Community garden and private terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, garden swing, trampoline and children's playground. Also a covered car park (possibly other free car parks in the immediate vicinity). Ideal for families and couples. In the price included: Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, final cleaning and the "Südtirols Süden Card". Fresh bread home delivery are available in the morning on request and for a fee (except on Sundays and public holidays). Babysitting: depending on my time availability (to be arranged early) and for a fee, I also offer babysitting. The apartment is an ideal starting point for beautiful walks in the surroundings of Montan/Montagna, as well as long hikes and bike tours in the entire South of Südtirol/Alto Adige. It is located just 10 minutes on foot from the centre of the village and only 5 minutes on foot from the public bus stop. In addition, the beautiful bicycle and hiking trail along the old Val di Fiemme-railway line runs nearby. The nearest train station is Auer/Ora, 6 km from our apartment. With the "Südtirols Süden Card", which is included in the price of your stay, you can use all public buses and local trains for free. Montan/Montagna is situated on a hillside terrace at 500 m above sea level, only a few minutes drive from the Neumarkt-Auer freeway exit and therefore centrally located to visit the surrounding area (Kaltern 16 km, Bolzano 24 km, Merano 50 km, Cavalese/Val di Fiemme 18 km, Trento 42 km).
