The Sölva Family invites you to spend unforgettable and relaxing holidays in our centally locatet but still quiet accomodation. Our sunny and modern holiday appartment offers a 16 m long corner balcony and a gorgeous panoramic view on the village of Caldaro and the Mendola mountain range. Despite the quiet and idyllic location amidst vineyards, the historic village centre of Caldaro can be reached within 5 minutes on foot only, where you find picturesque residences , places and restaurants . We are also happy to be on hand with help and advice in planning your holidays, don´t hesitate to contact us for excursion tips at all seasons of the year.

About the region

Along the Alto Adige Wine Road, spring comes earlier and autumn lingers longer. The sun warms the hills, one vineyard follows another, and the scents change with the seasons.
