Welcome to my flat 'Maya', quiet and centrally located.
Ideal for visiting the beautiful old town of Bolzano, or the impressive surrounding Dolomite landscapes. In this comfortable one-bedroom apartment you can relax on the balcony for an aperitif or have breakfast while enjoying the tranquillity of the place. The entire apartment faces inwards and overlooks the communal garden, away from the traffic but very close to the bus stop.
The neighbourhood where the accommodation is located is a very quiet and peaceful residential area. Nearby there are several shops (including a tobacconist/journalist, a bakery and an organic greengrocer), several bars, pizzerias and restaurants.
Parking is NOT available at the accommodation - We do not have a parking space or garage, but the first public pay car park is only 3 minutes away (200 metres) - In viale Duca d'Aosta (blue stripes).
Space:
The flat has a kitchenette complete with all appliances, from the induction hob to the oven, from the fridge with freezer to the dishwasher.
In the dining area with a table for 4 people you will find dishes, crockery and pots and pans.
The living room with a double sofa bed is completed with a 43'' HD TV.
In the bedroom you will find the double bed with wardrobe. On the bedside tables there are bedside lamps with 2 convenient USB sockets for charging your mobile phone or tablet.
The windowed bathroom has a shower cubicle, a washbasin, a toilet and a bidet.
In the balcony, inside and very quiet, there is a small table with 2 chairs.
In the hallway there is a wardrobe cupboard with shoe rack.
At the entrance you will also find handy city maps.
Access for guests:
The accommodation will be at your complete disposal for the period you stay.
Other things to keep in mind:
In the accommodation you will find at your disposal, in addition to free Wi-fi, a multimedia TV, kettle, coffee maker, hairdryer, clean sheets, towels of various sizes, toilet paper, as well as a small shampoo/shower courtesy kit. You will always have hot water and, in the winter months, heating at the times provided by the condominium.
Getting around the area:
The city centre is easily accessible by bus (Line 5) and the bus stop is very close, just a 2-minute walk from the flat. For those who prefer to move around on foot, the journey time to the centre is just 15 minutes. You can park your car in the vicinity of the flat (viale Duca d'Aosta) where there are several public pay car parks, both uncovered on the street (blue lines) and covered (piazza tribunale). You can NOT park on the white stripes (residents only)
House rules:
Pets are welcome.
Smoking is forbidden in the flat, you can do it on the balcony.
It is absolutely forbidden to make disturbing noises and you will have to respect the condominium hours of silence from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. and from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., so please do not keep the volume of music and TV too high, especially at those times. No party;-)
