The 54 m² apartment is divided into a bedroom with a double bed and a living-dining area with a sofa bed for two people and a fully equipped kitchen. The large south-facing balcony offers you a view of the romantic Gsies valley and the foothills of the Dolomites. The wellness area with sauna and steam bath is located in the basement. Sauna towels and bathrobes are available on site. The extra playroom with ball pool, table football and board games is great fun for your children. E-bikes can be rented all year round from our partner hotel. Park your vehicle or motorcycle in the covered parking lot. In winter there are three ski slopes with an attached ski school in the immediate vicinity. The ski bus to the Pustertalbahn stops right outside your front door. The train takes you to the famous Kronplatz or 3 Zinnen ski areas. The heated ski cellar can be reached through an extra entrance. The Gsies Tal is the cross-country skiing paradise in South Tyrol. A cross-country track is in the immediate vicinity. The annual Gsieser Tal cross-country skiing competition is known far beyond the borders and attracts thousands of enthusiastic cross-country skiers every year. The Gsies valley is known for its winter hikes. Many hiking trails are groomed in winter and offer a unique experience.
