Residence Intica with its seven apartments offers you an extraordinary example of variety and individuality. Each apartment has a distinctive feature of its own and peculiarity, none resembles any other. Find your personal well-being in a domicile breathing Tyrolean charm or present-day styling. The concept of well-being is an integral part of Residence Intica’s philosophy. It covers the spectrum from meticulously selected materials and furniture to décor chosen with a focus to local authenticity and sustainability, which is no surprise knowing that the landlord and his two daughters are architects. All apartments are equipped with locally manufactured solid wood furniture, individually designed and hand-made. Special attention has been paid to using high-class mattresses and bed-linen of premium quality. Kitchens are equipped with state of the art utensil and with furniture fabricated from domestic materials. Each apartment is provided with a TV set and internet access. Also the recreation rooms reflect the residence’s orientation by nature. A garden with a variety of flowers and herbs will make it easy to you to find your balance. The taverna is arranged around a chimney heated with logs inviting you to relax and to feel at ease.

Here you will find two of South Tyrol’s most awe-inspiring, iconic and beautiful natural features: the Three Peaks and the Pragser Wildsee lake are highlights of any holiday in the 3 Zinnen region. Let the peaks inspire you as they once inspired Gustav Mahler, who wrote his greatest work, the “Song of the Earth”, in his composer’s cottage in Toblach/Dobbiaco.

Nowadays, the holiday region Three Peaks in the Dolomites offers a little something for everyone. Marvel at the splendor of the Innichen/S.Candido collegiate church or head out to enjoy the extensive Three Peaks region in the Dolomites ski area, the largest cross-country ski network in Italy featuring 200 km of trails.
