Our apartments offer year-round comfort and a feel-good atmosphere for families and all those who love the mountains. The valley station of the Sulden cable car is just a few steps away and from there you can hover directly into the high alpine terrain of the Stelvio National Park with its well-groomed ski slopes, off-piste runs and much more. Our residence is an ideal and car-free starting point not only for ski tours in the Ortler region, but also for your entire ski vacation in Solda. But also in summer Solda is a true paradise for every hiker and mountaineer. Numerous hiking trails start in the immediate vicinity of our house and offer you the opportunity to explore the fascinating flora and fauna in our area. We look forward to your visit! It is only a few steps to the valley station of the Sulden cable car and from there you float directly into the high-alpine terrain of the Stilfserjoch National Park with its well-groomed ski slopes, deep snow slopes and much more. Our Residence are an ideal and car-free starting point not only for ski tours in the Ortler area, but also for your entire ski holiday in Sulden.

About the region

Vinschgau/Val Venosta is a land of contrasts. The bell tower jutting out of the Reschensee lake is only the tip of the iceberg. Visitors can choose to sail, cycle or walk along paths that cut through orchards and cultivated fields, always accompanied by the famous Vinschgau winds. The people of this valley have embraced the slow pace of agriculture with their eyes raised to the Ortler mountain, the highest peak in South Tyrol. The purest marble is quarried in Laas/Lasa, while in Glurns/Glorenza, you can walks between medieval walls. Even the historical irrigation ditches tell stories of the land and local ingenuity. Vinschgau does not have to put on a show to leave a lasting impression.
