Our popular apartment has quite a big and only a little observable roof terrace with a lovely view over the surroundings and the mountain "Schlern".
The apartment has a double room with the shower and a sink in it, a seperate restroom with a window and the livingarea and the kitchen have been renovated last winter.

This apartment has two bedrooms and each room has its own bathroom. One room is especially suitable for older kids (two seperate beds).
From the south - facing balcony you have a beautiful view over the surroundings: to your left you can see the mountains "Weißhorn" and "Schwarzhorn" and the wood of Montiggl. Straight in front of you, you can see a part of the center St. Michael. To your left you can see the mountain "Penegal" whits its 1.730 m.a.s.l. .

Also this apartment has a roof terrace - especially in the evening hours its very enjoyable on it as the sun shines quite long.
The bathroom was modernised in the winter of 2018and the bedroom is equipped with rustic and timeless furniture.

Our house is situated near the centre of the lovley town St. Michael, in the middle of orchards, in quiet position. Car park, sunbathing lawn ect. are at your dispositon.

About the region

Along the Alto Adige Wine Road, spring comes earlier and autumn lingers longer. The sun warms the hills, one vineyard follows another, and the scents change with the seasons. Wine has deep roots here, but it is not the only local product: lemons and figs grow alongside a few hardy olive trees that can withstand the mountain climate. The cellars embody the character and dedication of the people who work the land. Some are more classic, offering a real glimpse into history, while others have embraced clean lines and modern materials.
