The house is built in a sunny location, only a 10-minute walk from the village centre. Our holiday apartment in Welschnofen is suitable for families, couples, groups and solo travellers. Our attic flat, with its high-quality wood, is very cosy and furnished with light-coloured furniture. Wood conveys a sense of security, comfort, peace and relaxation. East and south-facing balconies with fascinating views of the Rosengarten and Latemar, the kings of the Dolomites. You have your own entrance. You can park your car directly in front of the house. On request, we will bring you fresh bread rolls in the morning. Attic apartment: for 2 - 6 people, 75 m² with 2 double rooms, large bathroom/WC, bidet, bathtub, cosmetic mirror, hairdryer and bath towels - washing machine also available. Large living room with satellite TV, radio, free WiFi, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, mocha pot, tea towels. Our recently built house, is situated only 10 minutes from the village centre with its shops and bars, restaurants, beverage shop, pharmacy, etc. The attic flat (approx. 70 sqm) is very comfortable and equipped with light-coloured furniture. It consists of 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub, bidet, WC, radiant heater and washing machine. Furthermore, it offers a spacious living room with Sat.-TV, kitchen (oven, icebos, toaster) and 2 balconies (east- and south facing) with fascinating view on the Rosengarten and Latemar Mountain. The flat has a separate entrance; the car parking is situated directly in front of the house. Bed linen and towels are available. On request, we will be glad to bring you some fresh bread in the morning.

About the region

In the Dolomites Region Eggental, every view looks like a picture from a book. The Karersee lake changes colour with the light: according to legend, it sprung from a rainbow thrown into the water by a magician in love. The Rosengarten and Latemar mountains frame paths and lodges. Families and walkers will find a world to explore in the Latemarium, where you can immerse yourself in nature and curiosity. When the sun goes down, the peaks turn pink: enjoy the Alpenglow as night falls in the Dolomites. And then come the stars, which are best observed from South Tyrol's only planetarium. In winter, Obereggen and Karersee/Carezza offer slopes, sledging and views to remember.
