Hotel description
“Gebreitner” is a flourishing well-maintained farm run by the Rott/Amplatz family who for five generations have invested much care and hard work in it. Since 1995 we have grown our own organic crops for sale at the weekly farmers market in “Brixen/Bressanone”, “Bozen/Bolzano” and “St. Ulrich in Grödnertal/Ortisei in Val Gardena”. The range of our products is improved and expanded continuously, offering a vast variety of not only raw but also processed foods such as jams, juices and in oil laid vegetables. From 2020 on we are proud to welcome our guests to our new holiday apartments. Our lovely stone and wood apartments all face south-west offering a fantastic view of the picturesque South Tyrolean mountain scenery. Spacious balconies invite to enjoy long sunny days while our little guests are kept entertained on the playground. The rich flora and fauna around our farm encourage them to discover and explore nature with its inhabitants. The complex also includes our own little farm store.

In the cities of Brixen, Klausen/Chiusa and Sterzing/Vipiteno, whispers of the Mediterranean and a hint of urbanity are well-worth the trip. Shining with rich history, beautiful attractions and a successful mix of customs and innovation. The origins of a characteristic South Tyrolean tradition come alive in Brixen and environs: Every year during fall as part of Törggelen, young wines are sampled along with a series of speciality dishes and chestnuts in small Buschenschänken farmhouse inns.
