Ansitz Jenner

Ansitz Jenner is an ancient house from the 16th century, which has been recently renovated, but has retained its original character. The house is located in Pigenò, the original old centre of St. Michael - Appiano. The area is famous for its countless castles and manors in the typical Überetscher style - a late Gothic architecture in which elements of the Italian Renaissance have been incorporated. The apartment 'Casa Piganò' has a surface of about 75 square meters; it has two bedrooms - one double and one with two single beds - a bathroom, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed as an additional sleeping possibility. The courtyard is not directly accessible from this apartment. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine. The apartment 'Casa Jenner' is laid out on two floors and has a surface of approx. 90 sqm: On the first floor there is a fully equipped Bulthaup kitchen with dishwasher and oven, a cosy dining area, an additional WC with washing machine and dryer, and a small balcony on the inner courtyard; on the second floor there is a double bedroom, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 persons and a bathroom. There is also the possibility of an additional fifth bed. The courtyard and the old historical cellars are at the guests' disposal. Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas. From the house you can reach beautiful walking and hiking trails in a few minutes. The village centre with its numerous cafés, restaurants and shops can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. Appiano is 10 km away from Bolzano; public transport to Bolzano leaves every 15 minutes and the bus stops are about 15 minutes walk from the house.
