This comfortable apartment is located close to the center of Sterzing/Vipiteno, a historic vil- lage in the Italian Alps. The apartment is an ideal starting point from which you can explore the numerous attractions and activities the town and the surrounding area has to offer. The 55 sq/meter apartment is located on the second floor of the residence Olympia, can be reached by elevator and offers one bedroom with a double bed. The bright, spacious living area contains a very large sleeper couch, SAT-TV, a fully equipped kitchen ( induction cooktop, oven and dishwasher ) and a large dining room ta- ble. WiFi is also available. The large sliding glass door leads to a southwest facing balcony on which you can enjoy the sun setting over an impressive mountain view. There is an- other dining table with chairs and a bench on the balcony as well. The modern bathroom features a shower with heated towel rack, sink, bidet and toilet. In the entrance area with coatrack there is also a washer/drier for your convenience. A reserved parking spot in the inner courtyard is available for use. Sorry, but pets and smoking are not allowed on the premises. A pleasant 10 minute walk will take you right to the old center of the medieval town. The train station, bus stop, 2 supermarkets, several restaurants and bars, a playground, the BALNEUM (sauna and swimming pool), tennis courts and other sport facilities are all in the vicinity.
