The hotel parking lot is located behind the main building. From there, a slightly longer, level access path leads to the hotel entrance with reception. Less than 50 m from the main building, on the picturesque village square, is the annexe with a barrier-free room designed by Gabana.net on the first floor. The idyllic entrance to the house in the backyard is stepless. The room offers every comfort and is bright, modern and friendly. The large barrier-free bathroom has a level-access shower with grab rails and a toilet that can be accessed from the side and is also equipped with grab rails. The large dining room and the two lounges on the upper floors of the main building are easily accessible by elevator, although one of the lounges has an 18 cm step in the door area. Access to the hotel bar via the main entrance or reception involves 3 steps. However, it is possible to reach the hotel bar without steps via the large terrace and the conservatory. The outdoor pool and sauna area (with Turkish steam bath, Finnish sauna, showers, relaxation and fitness room) are located in an outbuilding next to the hotel parking lot and can be reached without steps via an external access path. On the other side of the parking lot there is a large, in-house playground with a volleyball court and a covered parking area for motorcycles and bicycles.
