Very quiet two-room apartment with tiny private garden in the interior of an historic building in the heart of Brixen. Below the Weißer Turm, midst the traffic free zone. WiFi in house and Garden. Skibus stop next door (50 m) Every landmark within walking distance. Coffee shops, restaurants, bakeries and more shopping opportunities very nearby. Enjoy the old town atmosphere and live like a local. N.B.: I do not rent for a period of more than 28 days. For periods between 14 and 28 days, the guest must call my cleaning lady once at the end of the first 14 days and once at the end of 21 days at their own expense. The flat is not suitable for 4 people for more than a week. Downtown Hideout is located in the inner courtyard of an apartment block, the rules of which must be observed, especially with regard to quiet. Invitations, parties and lingering in the garden to talk on the phone or listen to music are prohibited. If the guest does not agree, I will not accept the booking.
