The combination of its panoramic position and strategic location for the centre and the ski lifts makes it the ideal starting point for all kinds of activities, both in summer and winter. The centre of Santa Cristina in Val Gardena is approx. 500 metres from the house, where you will find the first shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the bus stop. In winter the location is particularly advantageous, as the ski bus to the Col Raiser and Gardena Ronda lifts, which connect you to the Sellaronda, in the Dolomiti Superski ski area, stops directly in front of the house. For the return journey, you can get there on skis up to just over 100 metres from the house. The Tieja children's ski camp, on the other hand, is approx. 300 metres away. In summer, you will have the first mountain trails right behind the house. The free summer bus stops right in front of the house and will take you easily to the Col Raiser ski lift (5 minutes on foot), the centre of St. Christina and also the centre of Selva, avoiding the uphill walk. For comfortable walks, the little train passes approx. 300 metres away, allowing you to discover the whole of Val Gardena on foot or by bike. A few minutes' walk away you will find two public playgrounds, to the delight of your children. Casa Zirm boasts a particularly sunny position, as it has a magnificent communal garden, facing south, where you can admire the majestic Sassolungo and the imposing Sella massif. Pets NOT allowed.
