Hotel description

Welcome to the new Mirabel where guests come first! Our bed & breakfast hotel and our apartments were refurbished and extended in spring 2003. A PLACE FOR ALL SEASONS In summer the Garni Mirabel is an ideal place to relax and unwind. It has a large garden (1,500 m²) with deckchairs and sunshades, where you can just lean back and relax. However, active holidaymakers will not be disappointed either, because the Garni Mirabel is a perfect base for walking and exploring the Dolomites. In winter the skiing fun starts almost on our doorstep. The ski bus stop is only a stone’s throw from our house. The ski buses run every ten minutes and quickly take you to the lifts of the Dolomiti Superski skiing consortium and of the Sella Ronda ski circuit. Our house can be easily reached by car, too. The price included: - substantial buffet breakfast - free use of the public indorr swimming pool (featuring an outdoor saltwater pool) and of the outdoor swimming pool in Ortisei - one free guided hike every week (summer) - two times a week free use of our sauna - free orientation day with skiinstructor for visit Val Gardena (winter)

About the region

In the region Val Gardena region, the Dolomites are so close you can touch them and the Ladin way of life can be experienced in all its colours. Modern lifts and trendy events paired with traditional wood carving arts connect innovation and tradition on holiday.


The Val Gardena valley is an internationally renowned ski and hiking area in the middle of spectacular Dolomites rock towers. It offers outstanding holiday value at the highest level year round. A cable car ride from one of the valley stations followed by a gentle walk is as good a way of seeking out impressive viewing points as a hike round around the striking Sassolungo mountain or high-Alpine tours and via ferrata climbs. Val Gardena is strongly influenced by its Ladin population and the coexistence of three official languages: German, Italian, and Ladin. Taste and experience the seductive blend of cultures in the numerous Alpine farms, mountain huts, or restaurants. Wood carving is a cornerstone of Ladin culture worth seeing for yourself. It is the source of Val Gardena region’s nickname “Valley of wood carvers”, an aspect that has now been modernised and enhanced throughout the region.
