Apartment Loretta Stay surrounded in the colorful & historic house facades of Sterzing Modern interior meets tradition For 2 - 4 persons 65m°2 directly in the city center of Sterzing. Our renovated flat has a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom, an open living-dining area and a small storage room. In the bedroom you will find a spacious walk-in wardrobe, a king-size double bed (1.80 cm) and a flat-screen TV. The living-dining area has a pull-out couch (for two people), a dining table for up to six people and a flat screen TV. On the other hand the kitchen, offers a refrigerator, an oven, an electric cooker and a spacious kitchenette to work out. In addition, the living area impresses with a historic ‘Erker’ - view. The bathroom offers a washbasin, WC, washing machine, bathtub with integrated shower cubicle and a flat-screen TV. GOOD TO KNOW: - The flat is located in the first floor and does NOT have an elevator. - Glasses, plates and cutlery are available. - Final cleaning is included in the price. - Pets are allowed for an extra charge of Euro 20,00.
