The loft studio is ideal for hosting up to 2 persons. A unique apartment, featuring an unedited design and composition in Val Gardena. It is an attic studio, which despite being a single space, still boasts a particularly smart use of the spaces, by partially dividing the sleeping and living area with kitchenette. It comes with a double bed (Note size: 150 cm x 200 cm), a living area, a well-equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and window. The living area is particularly comfortable as it comes with many compartments and a spacious retractable table. There two flat screen TVs, one for the day area and one for the night area. The modern kitchenette comes with dishwasher, oven, microwave, cooking plate, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, kitchen utensils, cutlery, dishes and much more. The apartment also offers a washing machine in it. Wi-Fi, towels and linen are provided for free use.Important information: According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of:- Adults (from 14 years): 2- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departurePlease note that this law is subject to strict controls by the competent authority and violation of it results in substantial fines.
