Welcome to our place! We have built a nest for you, so that you can feel at home with your family or simply on your own. No matter which of our six holiday apartments you choose, whether it’s a romantic apartment of about 60m2 or one with more than 120m2 for the whole family, some things always remain the same to make your South Tyrol holiday perfect.

About the region

Starting from Brennerpass and extending to a hint of the Mediterranean in Bolzano/Bozen, the high peeks, gentle hills and dazzling valleys of Brixen and environs unfold with their characteristic apples, wine and chestnuts. Southern flair, enchanting cities and authentic South Tyrolean traditions await you during your holiday in the Valley of Trails.


Trails connect. North and south, villages and small cities, mountains and valleys, and landscapes both cultural and natural. In the region Brixen and environs, everything revolves around the trails that call out to be followed and discovered during your holiday. The thematic diversity of hiking possibilities extend from simple, family-oriented hikes to challenging high-altitude ascents, and from educational walks to traditional trails. In the cities of Brixen, Klausen/Chiusa and Sterzing/Vipiteno, whispers of the Mediterranean and a hint of urbanity are well-worth the trip. Shining with rich history, beautiful attractions and a successful mix of customs and innovation. The origins of a characteristic South Tyrolean tradition come alive in Brixen and environs: Every year during fall as part of Törggelen, young wines are sampled along with a series of speciality dishes and chestnuts in small Buschenschänken farmhouse inns.
