The newly built apartment house with five holiday apartments was built to the certified “Klimahaus A” (Climatehouse A) standard, with controlled housing ventilation for allergy- and electrosmog-free living. Directly on the hiking trail St. Andrä- Plose, ideal as a starting point for hikes or walks through the South Tyrolean landscape, the Apartment House has its own private underground parking, a sauna area, guest lounge and a large sunbathing lawn with garden furniture and a barbecue area. Here you can spend a carefree holiday in the natural outdoors of the South Tyrol with your family or friends and enjoy nature up close.

About the region

In Brixen/Bressanone and environs, history and modern life walk side by side. For centuries, this valley has been a crossroads: emperors, artists and merchants have passed through, leaving visible footprints. The Hofburg palace reveals the power of the prince-bishops, while the alleys of the old town wind between palaces and cafés. Small holiday complex with 5 flats, sauna and lounge: The most accessible flat consists of a spacious living area with sofa bed, a double room and a terrace (balcony door threshold 6 cm). Large bathroom with WC (without grab rails, accessible from the front), shower (door width 57 cm) and accessible bathtub. The two-room flat can be combined with the neighbouring one-room flat to form a large flat for families. Large car park with gravel surface, access path with incline and gravel surface.
