Our cozy and rustically furnished apartments consist of a living room and bedroom with sitting area and a closet-double bed. Through a sliding door leading to the bunk bed room and the bathroom, which is equipped with shower and bidet. Furthermore, a kitchenette with extensive kitchen facilities are available. The 14 closed residential units (each approximately 38 m² in size) are suitable for 2-4 persons, wireless Internet, telephone and balcony with SAT-TV, safe. The bed, bath and kitchen linens is part of the device and is changed weekly. The Residence also has an elevator, private parking, lawn and playground for the kids. Numerous shops, bus stop (50 mt), pharmacy and physician, restaurants and cafés, there is in close proximity. In winter, there is a shuttle service (50 mt) to the ski area Speikboden.
