This apartment has a large double bedroom, a second, romantic bedroom with a canopy bed, bathroom (double sink, shower, deluxe bath, bidet, toilet, hair dryer, towel warmer), a comfortable living room – kitchen with a wood panelled living corner, panorama window, a sofa for relaxing or reading, side tables, satellite television, radio and a safe. There is also a traditional farmer's stove for comforting warmth. The kitchen contains appliances from “Neff” (ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine etc.), as well as crockery and utensils. Under floor heating in the bathroom and hallway. From the balcony you have views out over the valley to the mystical Dolomites on the opposite side, most notably to the Langkofel in famous Val Gardena/Gröden in South Tyrol. This is a perfect spot to read or doze, relaxation comes of its own accord. All textiles are allergy free (towels, bedding). The apartment is heated with wood.

The living room is half separated from the kitchen and has a traditional farmer's stove, a couch for reading and relaxing, side tables, satellite television, radio and safe for your valuables. The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with “Neff” appliances (oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, ceramic hob) coffee machine, cutlery and crockery. There is a panelled double bedroom and a children's bedroom (with a bunk bed, and the option of adding an additional bed). The welcoming bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, hair dryer, towel warmer and under floor heating. From the balcony there is a particularly lovely view of the Sciliar/Schlern, the mountain that is the trademark of South Tyrol. Here you have a safe vantage point to enjoy the spectacular views.
