Combine half of the milk (50 ml) with 40 ml water and the flour. Heat 2 tbsps of butter in a frying pan, deglaze with 160 ml water and leave to simmer. Add the remaining milk and the honey, lightly salt and bring to a boil.

Leave the mixture to simmer until it thickens slightly. To serve, place a scoop of ‘Bauernmuas’ in a bowl and arrange the orange segments on it.
