The pub is located directly at the valley station of the gondola lift Plose: In winter at the end of the Trametsch downhill run and the RudiRun toboggan run - in summer at the end of the mountaincarts route. The large sun terrace invites you to take a comfortable break in winter and summer.
The restaurant Geisler on the Plose welcomes you to its comfortable parlor and on the sunny terrace. The restaurant offers a wide choice of dishes as well as traditional Italian dishes. On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays we serve fresh fish dishes. You can also enjoy some tasty pizzas cooked in a wood oven for lunch and dinner.
The hut Kieneralm is located at 1,750 m at the foot of the mountain Gitschberg. In winter direct connection to the skiing area Gitschberg Jochtal.
You can reach the Kiener Alm in about 1,5 hours from the parking lot Gitschberg.

Simply visit our Restaurant and Pizzeria in the reception building of our natural campsite. There is a selection of delicious regional dishes the menu. A campsite with a restaurant does the cooking for you and creates a place where you can feel good, where you can get to know other people and socialize. On request. all dishes can also be ordered for take-away.
The traditional alpine hut is located on a vast clearing at 1,700 m above sea level. If you are looking for peace, this is the place for you! The hut can be reached from the Ackerboden car park in 1 hour, in summer also via the Bressanone Altitude Trail in 3 hours.
The Berghotel Schlemmer in Plancios serves classic South Tyrolean specialties such as Knödel (dumplings) and Kaiserschmarrn (a dessert made of shredded pancakes) – and not only to its guests. These dishes, as well as Italian pasta specialties, are also available to the many day-trippers, hikers and bikers who stop at the hotel. Absolutely everyone touring the area around Bressanone, the nearby Mount Plose and the vicinity of the Dolomites likes to have a bite to eat in the Schlemmer restaurant. The Gourmet-Hotel Gruener Baum offers you typical wood panelled parlors as well as a traditional and native tyrolean cuisine, a selection of indigenous, regional and national wines and exquisite South tyrolean distillate. You can enjoy over 50 à la carte dishes, a rich salad and starter buffet and for dessert italian ice cream delicacies and pastries!
Vinus the wine shop in the historic center of Bressanone has established itself since 1998 as the most outstanding address for the successful combination of wine bar and kitchen. Peter Kantioler was able to marry a perfectly good glass of wine with the traditional local and the Mediterranean cuisine. Food lovers are spoiled every Wednesday and Friday (dinner) and every Saturday for lunch. In summer you can take advantage of the garden, the only one of its kind in Bressanone. A 'unique taste experience
I Antonino Leo and my wife Mariantonietta Napolitano, have turned our passion for pizza and good food into a profession.
In our restaurant Agorà21, inside the Hotel Krone, we spoil you with excellent Mediterranean dishes and reinterpretations of traditional dishes, as well as the delicious Pizza Napoletana, whose dough we let mature for up to 48 hours before being baked in the wood-fired oven and topped with delicious ingredients.

In addition to the quaint coziness and dreamlike location, it’s the culinary expertise of Franz Pernthaler that has made gastronomes the world-over recommend the Schatzer Lodge. The excellent menus, prepared every evening by the lodge’s chef for the guests, have to be compared with, but do not pale in comparison to, those that the majority of the so-called gourmet restaurants offer their diners. And thus the chef ‘de Cuisine’ daily conjures up new Lucullian marvels based on traditional Tyrolean cuisine, and thereby is the freshness of his ingredients particularly close to heart. These ingredients and his creativity secure him over and over again the admiration of his guests.
You will find us on the Plose, the local mountain of Brixen, where the Eisack valley displays its natural beauty and heaven and earth are particularly close. Dark forests and soft meadows are our only neighbors. The Trametsch mountain hut – led by Roswitha and Andreas Ellemund- is above Plose valley station and is easily accessible to visitors by car (large car park), as well as to hikers and skiers. As restaurant located right at the bottom of the mountain, we are open all year round. In addition to daily activity, our restaurant in Brixen at the Plose is available also for diverse celebrations and events.
