Clear shapes dominate at the d&b bar, as do warm red-grey tones and natural materials like wood and Tyrol loden cloth. Old Urthaler family photographs illustrate the rich family history of the hotel keepers and provide a touch of nostalgia to the bar with its adjoining sun terrace. Enjoy unusual drinks, coffee specialities, fine wines, snacks or home-baked cakes while sitting at the bar or out on the sun terrace.

The Plantapatschhütte hut is a local restaurant at the top station of the chairlift on the adventure mountain Watles . Guests are spoiled with a varied selection of local specialities. On the sun terrace you can enjoy a drink and the warm rays of the sun. Young and old alike benefit from the excellent location on the adventure mountain next to the play lake. We are in a sunny, peaceful location bursting with nature at 1,420m in the hills situated above Welsberg/Monguelfo. It is not only a restaurant to visit for a meal but also a lovely place to spend a few hours– whether as a couple or a family. You can reach the restaurant comfortably by car from the centre of Monguelfo in just 10 minutes, or if you are the outdoors type there are many walking trails that pass our door. Our chef creates traditional home-made Tyrolian specialities as well as international favourites. We spend our time searching for the highest quality local ingredients. We use fresh herbs and home-grown produce from our vegetable garden when the seasons allow. Enjoy the family atmosphere in our homely ’Stube’ which makes for a memorable experience. Naturally, we also welcome children with meals prepared specially for them. Afterwards they can have some fun and enjoy the outdoor playground. Only on reservation. Closed on Monday.

The bar is located in the sports area of Stange. It is possible to play miniature golf, there is a climbing gym and a playground for children. In the evening, people like to meet for a game of bowling.

The café works almost exclusively with regional produce: our range captures the international zeitgeist and offers simple, unfussy enjoyment: coffee, smoothies, small sweet treats and various aperitifs. We put great emphasis on homespun, high quality.

The Gasthof Videgg has been a traditional family-run business for over 60 years, operated by the Mair family. Following the devastating fire in March 2023, the inn will reopen in April 2025.

In the center of the town of Terlan sits restaurant Oberhauser with its large, shady garden. Here our guests can enjoy imaginative and varied creations. In spring we serve the classic asparagus dishes.

We are pleased to serve you some special types of coffee such as genuine Italian cappuccino or a strong espresso on our sunny terrace while you enjoy the views of the Ortler mountain. In our modern coffee shop we offer you a variety of home-made products like South Tyrolean apple strudel, a piece of buckwheat gateau, as well as fruit tartlets and chestnut hearts. The freshness of these products and their local origin are vitally important to us. Some of the ingredients for our dishes include the Vinschgau apricot, berries from the Martell Valley, South Tyrolean speck and spicy Alpine cheese. A variety of sundaes and a number of savoury snacks, locally called ‘marende’, are the ideal accompaniment on a coffee table.
