GOURMET RESTAURANT 1908: In addition to the hotel's award-winning cuisine, the Holzner's Michelin star restaurant 1908 is open for you in the evenings. The artists and pioneers of Jugendstil were visionaries and advocates of a new way of life when the Holzner was founded in 1908. Like them, we believe in the good and fight for the best. Thus, the 1908 bears its name for a good eason: it is new in the old; a place of freedom, curiosity and joie de vivre.

Whether for refreshments after a walk, a merenda (snack lunch), a bite to eat or something more substantial, at lunchtime or in the evening, our establishment is always worth a visit. Our kitchen is open daily (except Wednesdays) from 12 noon to 2 pm and from 6.30 to 8.30 pm, offering lovingly prepared Tyrolean and Mediterranean specialities as well as international dishes.

The court Obermair Ehrenburg in Kiens, The first written mention of Obermair goes back to 1318 and is thus one of the oldest farms in the area. Initially belonged to the court of the Count Goertz, then the estate was frequently sold, inherited and sold again. Since 1860, guests at the inn run Obermair and already in 1900 the Obermairhof of Falkensteiner family has farmed. As you can see our kitchen pot is filled to the brim ... combined, refined dishes with an occasional touch of the exotic. Just the "magic of the diversity of South Tyrol".

The best South Tyrolean dishes! The Restaurant-Pizzeria Babsi in Soprabolzano has been for about 27 years an important meeting place for both locals and visitors. Traditional South Tyrolean dishes such as ravioli with spinach and ricotta cheese, dumplings and traditional meat dishes are prepared after the secret and closely guarded cookbook from granny’s days. We recommend a glass of fine wine or a draught beer. In the afternoon we serve delicious home-made cakes with coffee, cappuccino, tea or freshly squeezed fruit juices in our traditional dining room and on the sunny terrace. From 5.00 pm, you can also enjoy different Italian pizzas and small, home-made specialties. Have fun and spend time together every night, when junior chef Philip prepares fresh cocktails and drinks for its guests at the bar.

We offer fresh homegrown products; meat, fish (trout; please order in advance), vegetables, herbs, and jellies. Our restaurant Schüsslerhof is ideal for family celebrations, company festivities, and weddings. We will gladly reserve our restaurant for you.
