We don't serve gourmet cuisine because we love the authenticity of local flavors. We offer typical Ladin and Italian dishes that reflect tradition. We serve smiles and warmth. In our restaurant at Passo Campolongo, you'll find delicious dishes of local venison with polenta, spinach casunziei with melted butter and smoked ricotta, Spätzle in all varieties, hearty barley soup with tirtle, and tasty dumplings made according to tradition. Additionally, you can choose from a selection of other Italian and international delicacies, all thoughtfully curated in a weekly menu for your stay. And as for breakfast, they say it's the best meal of the day! Imagine sitting in a room with carved wooden ceilings, elegant velvet fabrics, and a view of the Sella bathed in the colors of dawn, with a buffet laid out with warm croissants, sweet jams, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit juices, cold cuts and cheeses for all tastes, eggs of all kinds, and more!

There we offer freshly grounded coffee, cakes and gateaus of the hotel's own patisserie and in the summertime the delicious ice cream of Christian Moriggl, Eis Total, from Prad. A highlight are also our two terraces and the playroom for the kids. To enjoy with relish a cup of coffee keeping always an eye on the children – this is unique to us.

A culinary day at the Jochele has plenty to offer! The bustle of hard work starts in the hotel kitchen when the cock first crows in the morning. Chef Horst and his team treat fans of South Tyrolean cuisine to typical specialities and international creations. At lunchtime and dinner time, the menu includes a tempting selection of favourite South Tyrolean dishes: home made Schlutzkrapfen, cheese and bacon dumplings with coleslaw, aromatic herb dumplings and Kaiserschmarrn pancakes. Every evening our chef prepares a royal dinner for our guests who make their own choice of five courses with salad buffet, alternating between a gala dinner and Tyrolean specialities. Our chef and restaurant staff all do their best to provide a perfect service for our guests. In the morning we offer you a healthy breakfast with a choice of fresh bread, tea corner and free range eggs from local farmers. A selection of excellent wines will accompany you through the evening and to finish a delicious meal there is nothing like a sip of our top quality Schnapps.

In our Restaurant you can choose from our menu daily; we serve both local and Italian specialities. You are also welcome to sit together on the terrace on an afternoon and enjoy a hearty local “Brettljause” – a snack platter with cold meats and cheese.

Our new restaurant is situated in the centre of Verano/Vöran. The culinary offer ranges from light dishes to regional and mediterranean delicacies.

We can define the cuisine of our hotel as an international cuisine that tries to highlight the local cuisine: the very appreciated ladin cuisine.

Known by the locals as the "Greiter Hof", the Obergereuth Hof farm became "Greiter's". Complete with cocktail lounge, freshly-ground coffees, brunches and tasting couch. Life revolves around our farm products – or those of our farm neighbours. Our main production tool is the baking tray: we make traditional sheet cakes and roulades, apple shortcrust strudel and muffins, buckwheat pastry and focaccia. You name it, we make it! Imagine "Martha's nut cantuccini", accompanied by a glass of sweet wine. Or delicious ice cream with liqueur or "hot-love" drowned in our own warm farm fruit. We provide breakfast and brunch baskets, and cakes with children's portions, and "little sins" of the palate for the gourmands. Wednesdays are aperitif evenings, so get ready to be surprised!

The heart of the house: Restaurant Terra Only a few steps from heaven you'll find the highest-located starred restaurant in Italy. Everything you get at Terra - The Magic Place is home-made. The cuisine of gourmet chef Heinrich Schneider is modern and of subtle finesse. The dishes are characterised by products from South Tyrol and farmers from the immediate vicinity. These unique gourmet highlights are matched with the best wines, recommended by the certified sommelier Gisela Schneider, sister of Heinrich. The reconstruction works in the restaurant, the heart of the house, will be concluded in May 2014. Now, the restaurant will also have its own name: "Terra". Especially the most discerning guests can reserve the exclusive "Chefs Table", a table located at the entrance of the kitchen, directly served by the chef and characterized by a special treatment. Our cocktail bar with a unique and surprising character. You will be surprised by the location, for its delicate extravagance and the view of the Dolomites, and you will be conquered by our refined collection of gin, by the unusual proposal of cocktails, but, above all, by the passion of our barman. He does not mix ingredients already prepared, but first of all he creates them: a long list of homemade products that are created by the processing of fresh fruit and spices. Then, as an alchemist, he combines these ingredients into unique and complex cocktails that bear his signature. And if you can’t choose, just let him know your tastes, he will create a cocktail uniquely yours.

The inn serves the classics of the Alps, from the aperitif "CESCO" to the typical dumpling with farmer's butter and sage.

The restaurant features two rooms with modern mountain design and architecture, characterized by beautiful windows that offer stunning views of the surrounding landscape. One of our highlights is the sunny terrace at the foot of the majestic Setsas ridge, providing a magnificent view of the Dolomites. On our table, you'll find not only the values of Ladin tradition but also dishes from Mediterranean cuisine and pizzas of excellent quality.
