Very Personal. Nestled in the Dolomites neaby lake Carezza, in the Latemar woods of spruce and next to a mountain river, the Dolomiti Hotel ADLER Carezza is in a strategic position for excursions, with seven trails finding their origin at the hotel ADLER. Expect a warm and hearty, tradition, offered now for over 185 years. You will find the best traditional dishes of the Mediterranean and South Tyrolean cuisine, with genuine products and local produces, savvily combined by mamma. Here the gourmet is at home.

The Berghotel Schlemmer in Plancios serves classic South Tyrolean specialties such as Knödel (dumplings) and Kaiserschmarrn (a dessert made of shredded pancakes) – and not only to its guests. Absolutely everyone touring the area around Bressanone, the nearby Mount Plose and the vicinity of the Dolomites likes to have a bite to eat in the Schlemmer restaurant.
