For our guests we have a big dining room as well as several other smaller rooms and an original Tyrolean “Stube“ where to enjoy traditional South Tyrolean dishes and refined venison dishes. In our hotel it is our boss Ewald the one that prepares meals, combining the traditional food connected with the legends of the Salto Plateau with creations of his own.
