Our event begins with an expert guided tour of the historic mill, during which you will learn about the milling process and how flour is made from grain. Afterwards you can look over the baker's shoulder: from kneading the dough to taking the fragrant bread out of the oven. Combine culture, history and culinary craftsmanship in an unforgettable experience.

    Getting to the meeting point of the event by public transport is easy and convenient. By public bus line: - 431 from the train station Olang - 431 from the Lake Antholz Bus stop: Antholz Obertal, Müller; online bus timetables: www.suedtirolmobil.info/en/ By car: Destination: Antholz Obertal - farm Pichlerhof Parking: parking at the farm Pichlerhof
    within 5 pm. of the previous day online or in the tourist offices | Fee: with Kronplatz Guest Pass € 20.-, otherwise € 30.- per person
    The event takes place in any weather!
    The registration can be cancelled free of charge within the registration period by email to info@antholzertal.com or by telephone at +39 0474 496269. In case of cancellation by the organiser, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
    The event must be paid in advance online or in our tourist office. Payment on site at the beginning of the event is not possible. The registration is only valid after receipt of payment. Unpaid registrations will be canceled after 2 hours.
