Brixen/Bressanone, Brixen/Bressanone and environs

"Our Daily Bread" takes centre stage in this event showcasing bread and strudel.

From Vinschger Paarlen rye bread and Puschtra Breatlan farmers’ bread to Schüttelbrot flat bread, country-style baked goods have always been an important part of life in Brixen. Opening: Friday at 10:00 a.m., at the Historical Trail With musical accompaniment by the Deutschnofen dance band Harvest Festival Mass: On Sunday at 10:00 a.m., the bakers will make a ceremonial entrance into the cathedral, where the Harvest Festival Mass will be celebrated together with the cathedral choir.
