Cross-country trail for skaters and classic skiers, starting at the romantic snow-covered Maria Weißenstein monastery.
You can find the entrance to the cross country ski trail directly at the Prags/Braies ski lifts. At the beginning the trail leads you a little downhill, then you keep on going straight until you come to a somewhat difficult ascent. Once you have reached the highest point, you are only a few meters away from Brückele/Ponticello. A dreamy winter landscape awaits you on this section of the trail!

Cross-country trail No. 18B is located in the Fiscalina Valley and is part of the entire “Fiscalina Valley Circular Trail.” This small 1.5 km circular trail is located directly in front of the Dolomitenhof. There is a beautiful view of the mountains of the Sexten Sundial.

Easy trail circuit in Altprags/Braies Vecchia, which is above all sunny. The circuit has almost no incline and is therefore idel for beginners and children.
This easy to moderate circular trail starts in die Sportsarea Grube and goes through the Pfitschtal Alpine valley at the foot of the Zillertal Alps in two loops, and is a real insiders' tip due to its idyllic location and guaranteed snow. The trail is perfect for both classic and skating-style cross-country skiing and is prepared daily.
Cross-country skiing is an alternative to skiing for many winter sports enthusiasts. Ath the foot of the Kronplatz/Plan de Corones, near the sports area in Riscone, a lovely circular trail goes through snow covered fields and meadows. The cross-country trail in Riscone is suitable for beginners as well as for advanced skiers.
There are 3 different slopes:
1. Cross country trail Reiperting - 2.2 km - easy; illuminated on tuesday, wednesday and friday until 8.30 p.m.
2. Cross country trail Reischach - 3.6 km - easy
3. Cross country trail Stefansdorf (complete round) - 5.5 km - easy
You can find the entrance to the cross country ski trail on the right side of the Tuscherhof inn. You keep going straight ahead until you come to the connection to the Schmieden/Ferrara circuit. As soon as you have done half of this circular route, the briefly but slighlty rising trail leads you to the Mösslhof inn.
The ski hiking trail from Schluderbach/Carbonin to Plätzwiese/Prato Piazza is only suitable for experienced and persevering cross-country skiers, as there are about 550 meters of altitude to be overcome.
The ski hiking trail is not only used by cross-country skiers, but also by winter hikers and ski mountaineerers.
Plätzwiese/Prato Piazza is a high plateao at 2.000m where is a magnificent panoramic cross country trail with the view over beautiful Dolomite peaks.
On Thursdays (from January), between 5.30 and 9.30 pm, certain sections of the trail are lit up.

With its easy ascents and descents through quiet forests and meadows, Mont Dessot is the ideal track for beginners and inexperienced cross-country skiers. With its 2,5 km length, it is also ideal for warming up.
The Oclini Pass offers a wide range of beginner, intermediate and advanced trails with stunning views of the Schwarzhorn and Weißhorn, while the nearby Passo Lavazè (1800 m) is also home to a number of trails leading through forests, across snowy plains and into the Fiemme Valley.
Pensertal Cross Country Ski Track. The white gourmet trail runs along the Pennes Valley and passes traditional mountain huts and cosy inns. We recommend the circuit Asten and Murrerhof to pleasure-loving classics and skaters. Cross country enthusiasts will enjoy the 9 km long Pennes-Asten circuit. All trails are prepared daily and guarantee pure cross country skiing fun. On the 2000 Plätzwiese high plateau in the middle of the Fanes-Sennes-Prags nature park, where many cross country stars have used this circuit to prepare for Olympic gold, the excellent snow conditions offer wonderful hours on cross country skies. This unique circuit is also recommended for beginners and enthusiasts. Here, where the snowy days tend to start before the first days of December and sometimes last until the last days of March, you can experience peace and nature combined with stunning views of some of the famous peaks of the Dolomites (Hohe Gaisl peak, Monte Cristallo and the Tofane).

Demanding round-trip tours starting at the cross-country stadium in Toblach/Dobbiaco, often used as training tracks by various national cross-country teams from all over the world.
The Panorama cross-country trail is classed as one of the most challenging loop-routes on the Seiser Alm and, with the Langkofel, Plattkofel and the Schlern, boasts a landscape which is second to none. The trail starts at the Cross-Country Centre in Ritsch and leads up to the mountain station of the Panorama chairlift with numerous sweeping curves through the Palude di Ladinser Moos. When you get to the Laurinhütte hut, loop round and head back to the start of the trail.
