The arrival of St Nicholas takes on a special charm among children and is part of our traditions during the Christmas season. Our children await St Nicholas who will bring them a sweet surprise.

The traditional Krampus run in Welschnofen | Nova Levante has been an integral part of the event culture in the Eggental valley for many years. On December 5, 2025, starting at 7:00 p.m., the Schuffatuifl Welschnofen will organize a small yet impressive parade for young and old alike. Along the route between the pharmacy and the church square, wild figures will make their appearance to drive away evil spirits and everything that takes away the festive spirit of the Christmas season.

The gift from St. Nicholas is a gift for everyone – a surprise for the whole village. Bilingual reading (Italian + German) for children aged 4 and above.

The traditional St. Nicholas parade in Malles will take place again this year on 5 December 2025. It starts at 2 pm with the St Nicholas wake-up The spectacle then begins at 8 pm with the traditional St Nicholas parade with several Krampus groups (Route: Despar Rungg to the main square) The Mals Krampus are already looking forward to your visit!

On December 5th, as soon as it gets dark, St. Nicholas accompanied by his angels and his servant Ruprecht crosses the streets of the village and enters the homes of children, bringing them gifts, praising them or reproaching them if necessary. St. Nicholas is also accompanied by several devils (Krampus), but they do not have permission to enter the house and will wait out side the door. in Ortisei from 4:00 pm in the Pedestrian Zone in S. Krampus Day in Glurns begins with the ringing of bells at 3 p.m. on the festival grounds. At 6 p.m., there will be a St. Nicholas parade followed by an after-show party on the festival grounds. Live music with the Stadtlrocker and DJ Honz. Drinks will be served from 3 p.m. exclusively on the festival grounds. This year, for the first time, traditional masks as they were last worn around 1950 will be presented.

At 2 p.m., wake up Krampus, at 3 p.m., children's parade with St. Nicholas, at 4 p.m., house visits, from 9.30 p.m., parade with after-show party The Schleiser Krampus are looking forward to seeing you!

When night falls on 5 December, the Krampus once again roam the dark streets of Margreid according to tradition, rattling their chains, ringing their bells and gathering for a joint parade at 7 p.m. in the historic village centre. After the devilish revelry, the Klommtuifl Margreid invite you to the big Krampus party at the NME wine cooperative.

Marc Perin and Damian Hofmann will provide music and a lively atmosphere. They will perform from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, creating a wonderful winter and Christmas ambience.

As you stroll through the small wooden huts, glowing with warm lights and festively decorated, you’ll be enveloped by an inviting atmosphere. The scent of hot mulled wine and delicious treats invites you to pause and enjoy the magic of the holiday season. Each hut offers unique handmade treasures that showcase the craftsmanship of local artisans. A highlight of the market is the impressive life-sized nativity scene, lovingly carved by the sculptor Leo Moroder. Every year, new figures are added, making this artwork a vibrant symbol of the most beautiful Christmas traditions. And when live music fills the air between the snow-covered huts, the market becomes even more enchanting. On certain evenings, concerts create a truly special festive atmosphere. Last year, for every cup of mulled wine sold, €1.00 was donated to Aiüt Alpin Dolomites, raising a total of €3,000 in support of the valuable work of the mountain rescue team. Join us for the Nikolaus celebration on the beautifully decorated square! Children listen to the story of Saint Nicholas, may meet him in person, and celebrate Advent with songs and little surprises. A magical experience for the whole family.

On Sunday, December 7, the church square in Pfelders/Plan will be transformed into a festive place full of pre-Christmas atmosphere. From 4 pm, the celebration begins with musical accompaniment by the Bohemain music of Pfelderer/Plan, whose Christmas melodies create a cozy atmosphere. At 5 pm, St. Nicholas arrives to greet the children. Around 6 pm, the spectacular performance by the "Spronser Tuifl" follows, whose “hellish” show will leave everyone amazed. Food and drinks are well provided – warm beverages, tasty snacks, and good company invite you to linger. The celebration is organized by AVS Pfelders/Plan with support from the youth of Pfelders/Plan, altar servers, and local farmers. Come and enjoy a festive Advent evening for young and old!

The parade starts at 5 pm at Hotel Jager Hans, leads to the village square, and is musically accompanied by the Jugendkapelle Passeier (youth band of Passeiertal Valley). Along the way, children can meet St. Nicholas in person and take a souvenir photo. Once at the village square, St. Nicholas and his angels hand out gift bags, and everyone sings together. During the parade, food packages are collected for children in Moldova and Ukraine – a wonderful opportunity to spread joy. At the village square, the Catholic Family Association (KFS) of St. Martin/S. Martino provides warm drinks and sweet treats for a cozy gathering.

Immerse yourself in the festive atmosphere! From 11:00 am, the Christmas market opens its doors, featuring around 20 exhibitors. In the afternoon, young and adult musical artists will enchant visitors with Christmas melodies: 1 pm: Bläsergruppe Moos (Brass Group of Moos/Moso) 2 pm: Music School Concert 3:30 pm: Alisa & Lea 5:30 pm: traditional procession of the illuminated Christmas tree with Nikolaus, angels, and Krampus, accompanied by alphorn players 6 pm: Bläsergruppe Walten (Brass Group of Walten/Valtina) 8 pm: FF Moos lottery draw 8:30 pm: Christmas concert with Michael Aster Food and drink are provided: warming drinks and home-made delicacies invite you to enjoy.

One of the most magical and eagerly awaited traditions of the Christmas season is the arrival of St. Nicholas. He is a wise and kind old man and brings light and warmth during this festive season. Today he awaits you, accompanied by his little angels, to give you a small gift. After the arrival of Saint Nicholas, there will also be the opportunity to enjoy a warming mulled wine or a hot tea.

The time has finally come again: the new ski season is about to start, and the Belpiano-Malga di San Valentino ski area will open its doors on December 6, 2025! With a total of 65 kilometers of diverse slopes, modern lift facilities, and spectacular runs, this ski area is a paradise for winter sports enthusiasts of all skill levels. Starting from February 2025, you can enjoy live music every Sunday, and on March 21, 2026, the big SCHNEEFESTival will take place, with Thorston Einarsson and ElisaLeen entertaining you with numerous hits. The culinary offerings are also impressive: from traditional South Tyrolean specialties at the Haideralm mountain restaurant to quick and delicious dishes at the self-service restaurant Schöneben at 2,050 meters above sea level – there's something for everyone.
