The Kreativ Ensemble was born in 1983 and is composed of instrumentalists belonging to important Italian orchestras (Orchestra of Padua and Veneto, Orchestra dei Pomeriggi Musicali of Milan, Orchestra Haydn of Bolzano and Trento). He performs in String Quartet, basic training, in quintet and octet. He collaborates with prestigious soloists performing the most beautiful pages of the chamber repertoire from the eighteenth century to the present day. The Kreativ Ensemble is regularly invited to the most important Italian and international Festivals such as: Pesaro Festival, Suoni delle Dolomiti, Musicastello, Bolzano Estate, Rome Jubilee 2000, Pomeriggi Musicali of Milan, International Festival of Bergamo and Brescia.

Summer evenings in Schenna: music & shopping. Stroll through the centre of the village after your evening meal, listen to music, browse in the shops and boutiques and buy some souvenirs to take home with you. In summer, contemporary and folk music bands fill the evening air with music in Schenna. Societies in Schenna also organise various forms of entertainment. Shop opening hours in the evenings: 8pm to 9:30pm.

On Wednesday, July 23th, it’s that time of the year again: The volunteer fire departments of Marling invite everyone to their traditional summer festivity! The event starts at 6:00 PM at the Marling fairground and promises an evening full of great food and entertainment. Look forward to a variety of delicious grilled specialties as well as tasty vegetarian dishes – there’s something for everyone! Musical Highlight: The popular band “Die Grubertaler” will once again accompany you through the evening with great music! The volunteer fire departments of Marling is excited to welcome you!

The musical summer evenings in Burgeis! Every Wednesday evening this summer you can once again look forward to the Burgeis concerts. Let the evening come to a cosy end by the fire station. The group The Snoops provides the right atmosphere! The Burgeis volunteer fire brigade will provide you with warm dishes and cool drinks, as well as a good atmosphere. Come and join us!

On three Wednesday evenings the church square in Welschnofen is once again transformed into a meeting place to enjoy the balmy summer nights. Local bands with people from the Val d'Ega ensure a good mood and good cheer. Various stalls offer local specialities such as Schlutzer, Krapfen, Strauben, Welschnofner beer and much more, inviting you to get to know South Tyrol from its culinary side. A special highlight is always the Schuhplattler (traditional folk dancer), who delight young and old with their "Platteln". The little guests can let off steam to their heart's content at the children's program and do handicrafts with natural materials, sow flowers or transform themselves into lions and butterflies at the children's face painting. Please help us to make the event as environmentally friendly as possible by contributing as well. Mark your calendars for the evening of July 17! Isabella Halbeisen will enchant young readers with a captivating reading from her book " Wolli Trolly hat sich verlaufen” (in German). Next, she will engage the children with a fun quiz, help Wolli Trolly find his way home, and with coloring pictures. Join us at the Rathausplatz town hall square in Lana from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM. Readings will take place at 7:30 p.m.

There’s plenty to choose from: hours filled with crafts and creativity, face painting and drawing, or an engaging children’s storytime. The StilZ Festival is a cultural festival that takes place in typical village locations in Stilfs, curated by Manfred Schweigkofler and supported by engaged citizens. The name is a tribute to the village name as used by the locals of Stilfs. In the second edition of the StilZ Festival, the focus is on the identity of Stilfs. It revolves around the question "Who are we?" and engages with the self and interaction with residents. It is primarily the fountain squares and winding alleyways that act as waterways and lifelines through the village — a natural stage for artistic performances. The village identity serves as inspiration, just as the genius loci of the village does. Stilfs invites artists and guests to be impressed by its unique verticality.

The LanAntiqua Festival, organised by the LanAntiqua Association, aims to give "early music", which is an inexhaustible source of inspiration, its deserved place in the cultural life of Lana. This music, which is not limited to any epoch, covers the periods from the Middle Ages to Romanticism. The festival's highest maxim is: original sound, i.e. the performance of the music in an appropriate sound setting on instruments of the period and with the knowledge gained from the historical performance practice handed down in treatises. Thanks to imposing venues such as the church Maria Himmelfahrt in Niederlana with its impressive altar by Hans Schnatterpeck and its special acoustics, top-class concert enjoyment is pre-programmed.

Every year at midsummer the witches dance at the Passo delle Erbe and spread a feeling of magic. The so called wizards accompany all the spectators up to the foot of the Sas de Pütia, where the wiches dance and are up to mischief. There are also old farmers’ traditions, stories, songs, fun and action for kids and gastronomical delicacies

After the first Edition hold 2015 the Festival "Jëuni rocking Sëlva" will take place also this year! Come and join us! Organised by youth association "Jëuni de Sëlva".
